PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Acmesod Injection is a medicine used in the treatment of metabolic acidosis, severe diarrhea, acidity, and poisoning. It works by increasing the pH of blood and urine. It also speeds up the removal of toxic substances from the body in certain types of poisoning and helps replenish salt and electrolyte levels.

Acmesod Injection is generally administered by a doctor or a nurse. Do not self-administered the injection. To get the most benefit, take this medicine at evenly spaced times and continue using it until your prescription is finished, even if your symptoms disappear after a few days. Take this medicine in dose and duration as advised by your doctor as excess intake of this medicine can disturb the fine balance of electrolytes and can cause unwanted side effects.

This medicine generally safe with little or no side effects. However, in some cases it may cause dry mouth, increased thirst, and frequent urination. If you experience any of this side effect, you should let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce the symptoms.

Acmesod Injection helps in the removal of toxic substances from the body in certain types of poisonings by tricyclic antidepressants, toxic alcohols, and salicylates, and other conditions such as hyperkalemia (high potassium level in the body). It is given as an injection by a doctor or nurse and helps you recover faster.

In Treatment of Severe Diarrhea

Diarrhea is a condition in which you frequently pass loose, watery stools. This leads to the loss of salts and electrolytes from your body. Acmesod Injection helps in case of severe diarrhea by improving salt and electrolyte levels. Acmesod Injection is given in injection form and thus should be taken under a doctor's supervision.

WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE ACMESOD INJECTION?

If you miss a dose of Acmesod Injection, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
